Daniel
Memory Verse
For His dominion is an everlasting dominion, and His Kingdom endures from generation to generation, all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and He does according to His will among the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and none can stay His hand or say to Him, “what have you done?”
Daniel 4:34-35
Catechism
What are the decrees of God?
God’s decrees are His own plans for history. And they always happen.
Throughout this study, we dive deeply into the book of Daniel by examining Daniel’s life and the lives of three other young men. During this study, we will see that although Daniel and his friends are great examples for God’s people to follow, they are not ultimately the heroes of this story; instead, God is because He alone sovereignly rules and reigns over all things.
